This is the makeup I did for a wedding catwalk at a wedding fate, because it was a wedding fate i did natural bridal makeup with a bold lip, this makeup fitted with the brief I was given. I did this event as assistant for a bridal makeup artist who i learnt a lot from. I learnt about the importance of bringing foundation all the way down the neck and decolletage of my model because that will most likely be on display in a wedding dress. I also learnt more about how to be professional in the bridal industry. finally I learnt about the importance of taking deposits for a makeup look as the makeup artist shared her anecdotes about the times she didn't and what it can do to your monthly income if you can't get that slot re booked. While i don't want to go into bridal makeup as a full time job I would like to freelance and do it as and when this really gave me the insite about the industry that I needed.
